The current economic climate is creating an adjustment in the gaming market with
Gametraders observing a trend of blockbuster titles gaining prominence in the second and
third -hand games market.
“We are observing a quick turnover of the Blockbuster titles,” said Gametraders’ National Marketing
Manager, Chad Polley.
“The big titles go out the door really quickly they come back and are sold as pre-played just as
quickly.
“What’s really interesting is that they come back again and again.
“Those people who look after their games are certainly getting great value for money and weathering
the current financial crisis really well,” he said.
