Perot Systems Signs Contract With HNA Group to Expand Travel Management
Capabilities to the Chinese Market

First Perot Systems Commercial Solutions Client in China
Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER) today announced that the company
has entered in to an agreement to provide consulting services to HNA Group to
improve its airline reservations systems. Perot Systems Chairman Ross Perot,
Jr. and HNA Group Chairman Wang Jian met today in Beijing to formally kickoff
the project. The agreement is the first between Perot Systems and a
commercial aviation client in China, and marks the beginning of operations in
China for the company's Commercial Solutions business unit.

HNA Group is the largest privately owned air transport company in China
and includes six airlines with a combined fleet of 100 airplanes and 500
daily departures. Hainan Airlines is the largest carrier within the HNA
Group.
As part of the engagement, Perot Systems will evaluate HNA Group's
current capabilities in areas such as e-ticketing, reservations, departure
control and airline reservations systems connectivity. Once complete, Perot
Systems will assist HNA Group to deploy technology solutions to become a
leader in providing end-to-end travel in China.
