Mudgee Inventor Launches Bearing Packer for Mechanics

Bearing Packer Systems (BPS) announce the launch of their invention - the Roller Packa 1. After outstanding reviews from test audiences the product is now released direct to the public via the new website www.bearingpacker.com.au. The invention, designed by local Mudgee Inventor Noel Dawson, is a solution to the commonly known messy job of greasing mechanical bearings. It enables easy, mess-free greasing of roller bearings.

In response to the lack of adequate products on the market, Mr Dawson set about designing a tool to easily grease mechanical roller bearings. He explains As a mechanic myself, I had tried many other similar tools on the market, but they were complicated, clumsy and as time consuming as the manual method. So I started designing a tool that would solve these issues, a product that mechanics would really want to use.

Roller Packa 1 is a unique dispensing piston with a cone shaped nozzle. Suitable for standard bearing grease canisters, it's available in 2 sizes (one size for Australia, another for USA) and comes with assorted sized plates. These attachments enable an easy, no mess application of grease to all common sized bearings. A removable cap/plug means the bearing packer eliminates wasted grease and a storage stand allows allows quick, clean shelving between uses.

Roller Packa 1 was released to a limited number of mechanics in a test/evaluation mode and outstanding responses were returned with not one negative review. Mr Dawson comments the initial reactions from mechanics were very positive, it's confirmed what we already knew; it's a great product, with widespread appeal to both professional mechanics and DIY backyard grease monkeys too!

Roller Packa 1 is an all-Australian product, designed, manufactured and assembled locally in Australia. BPS is a wholly Australian owned and operated business and Noel Dawson the inventor has been a Mudgee local for more than 20 years having an extensive history in mechanical engineering.

The new website contains video instructions on how to pack a wheel bearing into the new bearing packer, it also features another of Noel's designs, the Roller Cleaner 1, a worthy companion product to the Roller Packa 1.
