Acision Appoints Mark Williams as Senior Vice President & General Manager for Asia-Pacific

Acision, the world's leading messaging company, today announces the
appointment of Mark Williams as Senior Vice President and General Manager of
the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Acision's Singapore office, Williams will
take responsibility for aggressively driving growth in the region.
Starting his career at Telstra, Williams has more than 30 years
experience working with communications service providers, including 20 years
in business and sales leadership roles. Williams joins Acision from Amdocs,
where he headed up global sales in 2009. Prior to this, Williams was senior
vice president for Amdocs' Asia Pacific region where, under his leadership,
he played an instrumental role in taking the company back to strong
profitability. Williams also held the position of VP for Australia and New
Zealand when he joined Amdocs four years ago, leading the team that was
successful in winning major business in the Telstra OSS transformation
program.
Prior to Amdocs, Williams spent nine years at Ericsson Australia where he
held various leadership roles including being the key account manager for
Telstra, VP services for ANZ and VP for the global service delivery centres
in the Asia Pacific region. Mark also held a position as inaugural country
manager of Sony Ericsson in Australia following the merger of Ericsson and
Sony's mobile handset businesses.
