You are invited to the announcement by Telstra's CEO, Sol Trujillo, and CFO, John Stanhope,
of the company's financial results for the financial year ended 30 June 2008.

The limited seating in the Auditorium will be available to analysts
only. Media are welcome to watch a live transmission of the briefing from
a dedicated boardroom immediately adjacent to the Auditorium.
A DVN feed of the briefing will be available from the Sydney TEC from
9:00am onwards. Splitter boxes will be available in both the Melbourne
and Sydney venues.

Media, including photographic and electronic broadcast media, will be
welcome in the Auditorium for this session.
