Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Deirdre O'Donnell will release her annual report today Friday (23 October) at 11am. The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman is a free and independent complaint handling service for consumers who have had a problem with their telephone or internet service provider.

Ms O'Donnell will host a media conference at the TIO office on Level 3, 595 Collins Street, Melbourne at 11am. The report contains complaint statistics for the 2008/09 financial year. It also contains a breakdown of complaints by service provider.
