Turkcell Launches Europe's First Web Video Streaming on Mobile With Novarra

communication and technology company of Turkey, today detailed the critical role of
Novarra's Vision(TM) mobile internet and multimedia platform in Turkcell's 3G launch.
Novarra's latest release, Version 8.0, will provide services that are core to the
